Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Where Your Order Ships From
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our regional warehouses so they reach you faster:
- Canada warehouse: 998 Bellevue Rd, Parksville, BC V9P 2C2, Canada.
- Australia warehouse: 21 Kingsthorpe Haden Rd, Kingsthorpe, Queensland 4400, Australia.
These are fulfillment warehouses only and are not open to the public. Our company headquarters is TINY PEARL LLC, 2523 W Jetton Ave, Tampa, FL 33629, USA.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. Current options:
- United States — Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, $6.99.
- United States — Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, $14.99.
- Canada — Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 2–4 business days, $19.99.
- Australia — Australia Post Standard: 5–8 business days, $24.99.
- Australia — Australia Post Express: 2–4 business days, $34.99.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping & Duties
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PETFLAZ is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@petflaz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@petflaz.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and send a replacement.
