Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on your destination: in the United States, Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days (Express 1–2); in Canada, 2–4 business days; and in Australia, 5–8 business days for Standard (2–4 for Express). Exact rates and options are shown at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Orders are fulfilled from regional warehouses in each country, so most deliveries are domestic. Any applicable import duties or taxes (such as GST/VAT) are the customer’s responsibility where they apply. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and select “Returns & Exchanges” from the subject dropdown, or email us directly at support@petflaz.com with your order number.

We understand that pets can be picky! If your pet refuses to eat a new food, we accept returns on opened dry food bags if they are at least 80% full within 30 days of purchase.

Products & Autoship

Autoship is a convenient way to schedule regular deliveries of your pet’s essentials. Simply select the Autoship option on the product page, choose your delivery frequency, and save 5% on every recurring order. You can cancel or skip deliveries at any time.

Yes, absolutely. We carefully vet all our suppliers to ensure that none of the products we carry are tested on animals in a cruel manner, and we prioritize brands with sustainable and ethical manufacturing processes.
