Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order with PETFLAZ, an online pet store operated by TINY PEARL LLC (2523 W Jetton Ave, Tampa, FL 33629, USA), serving the United States, Canada, and Australia. All orders are one-time purchases — we do not offer subscriptions.
Canceling Your Order
Because we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly (usually within 1–2 business days), there is a limited window to cancel. You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not yet entered processing or shipped.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or by email at support@petflaz.com.
- Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Our team will confirm by email whether your order was cancelled in time.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return eligible items once they arrive, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
When an order is cancelled before shipping, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations by PETFLAZ
We reserve the right to cancel an order — and refund it in full — in certain situations, including suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or an item becoming unavailable. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
