Our Commitment to Safety
We work only with reputable brands and suppliers and rely on manufacturers to meet the food-safety and labeling standards of the markets we serve. We do our best to store and ship products so they reach you in good condition.
How We Handle Recalls
If a manufacturer or a regulatory authority issues a recall or safety alert for a product we carry, we will:
- Promptly remove the affected product from sale on our website;
- Stop fulfilling any pending orders for the affected item; and
- Make reasonable efforts to notify customers who recently purchased the affected product, where we are able to identify them.
Staying Informed
Official recall information is published by the food-safety authorities in each country we serve, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), and Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). We encourage you to check the manufacturer’s and these authorities’ notices for the latest information.
If You Have a Recalled Product
If you believe you have purchased a product that has been recalled, please stop using it immediately and keep the packaging and any lot or batch numbers. Then contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement and guide you on safe disposal.
Reporting a Safety Concern
If you have any concern about the safety or quality of a product you received — for example, damaged packaging, an off smell, or a suspected quality issue — please stop using it and contact us right away with your order number and photos if possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Products affected by a recall or a confirmed safety issue are eligible for a full refund or replacement, even outside our standard return window. See our Return & Refund Policy for general return details.
