** Kittens:** Kittens should be fed free choice, or 3 times a day with as much as they want, to promote healthy growth and adequate weight gain. **Adult cats:** Feed 1 6 oz Can (or 2 3 oz Cans) daily per 8 lb of body weight. **Pregnant Queens:** Feed 1.25, 6 oz Cans (or 2.5, 3 oz Cans) daily per 8 lb of body weight. **Lactating Queens:** Feed up to 3, 6 oz Cans (or 6, 3 oz Cans) daily per 8 lb of body weight. **Older cats:** A reduction in food intake is recommended for less active and older cats. The above feeding amounts are intended as guidelines only. Your cat’s food intake requirements may vary depending on age, activity, and environment, and should be adjusted accordingly. It is very important for your cat's health to maintain a proper body weight.
