Feed 0.4-1.2 lbs per 100 lbs. body weight per day with forage. Adjust the amount to maintain a proper body weight for the type of activity. Do not feed more than 5.0 lbs at a single feeding to not overwhelm the digestive tract. It is recommended to feed at least 1.5% of the horse's body weight in forage. Senior Pellets can be served dampened for the horse with dental problems. Provide fresh, clean water at all times. Free choice salt is also recommended.
